 Budget control for transportation: • Create and provide in-depth weekly reports to the relevant authorities on truck operations, vehicle movements, and issues.

• Establishes productive working connections with carriers to negotiate the best possible transportation prices and guarantees the completion of all necessary business objectives.

Negotiations and adherence to the Transporters Contract

• You may have to work irregular hours (such as after-hours calls or weekend on-call).

• Ensures fast processing of all payables of assigned vehicles. This entails prompt payments, appropriate unit application to contracts, and cross-referencing the incoming invoice with the available data.

• Additional responsibilities delegated by the procurement and logistics manager

Fleet administration

• Monitor driving behavior, keep an eye out for instances of fuel abuse, and track fuel usage in cars and drivers. Organize gasoline expenses more efficiently.

• Oversee budgets and execute cost-control strategies linked to budget maintenance. Plans, organizes, oversees, and keeps track of fuel expenses, car maintenance, and other expenses. It also communicates with top management regularly and follows up with the leasing service provider.

• Keeps precise records of automobiles



• Weekly reports, including cost savings analyses, fuel exceptions, and maintenance exceptions, to the relevant authorities Supervision vendor bills for payment Organize car titles, license plates, registrations, gas cards, insurance, lease plans, and drivers

• monitor and evaluate operations to streamline procedures and eventually raise the fleet's overall efficiency.

Additional tasks delegated by the manager of procurement and logistics

• Completing other relevant duties as instructed by the logistics manager.

Technical Proficiency:

• Management of fleet service vendors

• Considerable expertise in fleet administration

• Considerable familiarity with procedures for monitoring and assessment

• Superior understanding of the notion of quality control.

• Solid familiarity with and background in vehicle maintenance management

• Capacity to plan and oversee a wide range of tasks

• Excellent problem-solving ability

A general service officer creates, plans, executes and oversees continuous support initiatives such as shipping and customs, motor pool, lodging, and travel, as well as contracting, warehousing, and inventory of assets and supplies.

• A BA degree in management, accounting, marketing, or business-related subjects is the minimal educational requirement.

• Work Experience: Five Years of Applicable Experience
